Returns & Refunds
You may request a return within 30 days of delivery, subject to the return conditions below.
Items must be unused, in their original condition, and in the original packaging. Items showing use, damage, missing parts not caused by our error, or other excluded conditions may not qualify for a refund.
To request a return, contact bebani support or email shop@bebani.com for instructions. Do not send products back to a manufacturer without receiving return instructions.
Once a return is received and inspected, we will email you to confirm approval or rejection. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Return-shipping responsibility and any deductions are handled according to the applicable order and return terms provided by Bebani support.
